    • Minimum of 4 – Maximum of 6 persons at private gym
    • Larger groups than 6 can be arranged at a larger venue of your choice (max 15 persons)
    • Courses need to be booked as a group booking
    • Splitting up the two hours must be a join decision between your group
    • Self-defence should only be used as a last resort
