Personal Fitness Sessions - Voucher Cost: £30.00

This includes two 1hour sessions at your home or place of work (3 Mile Radius) or you can visit my fully equipped private gym. Sessions are tailored to meet your needs no matter what level of fitness you are currently at.

Diet & Nutrition Consultation – Voucher Cost: £20.00

The saying is “You are what you eat” and in today’s world we are under increasing pressure to take care of ourselves. This 1hour consultation will aim to look at your current food intake, lifestyle, indulgences and bad habits and work with you to develop a balanced and realistic action plan so that you feel more in control of your diet and your energy levels.

Self Defence Training – Voucher Cost: £35.00

This includes a 1hour 30mins session that will show you how to avoid confrontation and demonstrate easy and safe break-away techniques that can be used in appropriate circumstances. This is ideal training for everyone but especially beneficial for lone workers and front line staff that work with the public.

Private Kickboxing Training – Voucher Cost: £30.00

This includes two 1hour sessions at your home or place of work (3 Mile Radius) or you can visit my fully equipped private gym. Sessions are tailored to meet your needs no matter what level of fitness and ability. If you have never had a go at kickboxing then this could be your chance to learn some of the basics.

One to One Pilates Sessions – Voucher Cost: £30.00

This includes two 1hour sessions at your home or place of work (3 Mile Radius) or you can visit my fully equipped private gym. Sessions are tailored to meet your needs no matter what level of fitness and ability. If you have never had a go at Pilates then this could be your chance to learn some of the basics.

The vouchers come in a presentation envelope made out to the recipients name and can be directly posted to them or posted to you the purchaser to give on their special day. Each voucher is valid for 6 months and all the recipient needs to do is simply ring and book their session.
