There are so many quick-fix diets advertised, conflicting advice from TV and magazines, busier lifestyles, that we neglect the main thing that allows us to function properly. Fortunately, having a healthier diet and lifestyle doesn't have to be a losing battle.
As long as you're honest with how much you exercise and what you eat and drink, together we can make a plan to suit your individual needs. No matter how busy or how much of a fussy eater you are, everyone can improve their diet. But that's only if it needs to be improved. Perhaps your existing diet isn't the problem. If that is the case then your current eating habits can be reviewed, and we can try to find out if something else is the route cause of a weight problem.
